What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 300 pieces per style, per color, across up to 4 sizes.
How much do samples cost?
Samples start at US$15. Custom development, additional versions and shipping are quoted separately for your project.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sampling starts at 7 days and regular production at 15 days. Timing depends on approved specifications, materials, quantity and the production schedule. Your quotation confirms the schedule.
Can you customize both underwear and socks?
Yes. We operate an underwear factory and a sock factory. We coordinate specifications, branding and packaging for both product categories.
Can I use my own design and logo?
Yes. Send your artwork, measurements or reference sample. We review the construction, fabric, waistband or sock branding, and packaging before sampling.
Do you ship to the United States and Europe?
Tell us your destination and requested delivery date. Shipping terms, freight costs and customs responsibilities will be confirmed in your quotation.
Can you share compliance documents?
Request the documents required for your market and product. We will provide the relevant available documentation for review against your order specifications.
How do I send a tech pack?
Email your tech pack and artwork to [email protected], or start with the project inquiry form. Include the style, fabric, quantity, destination and target launch date.
